What seemed a forever dream has come true
The name Nickolds - Nickolds is Keely's married name and along with her husband they thought no time was better then 2017 to start up Nickolds Property Management
So in June 2017 we opened our doors'
In Keely's words -
Having worked in lettings for over 10 years I had a desire to open up my own shop and help people find Accommodation
It all started in 2014 when I was working for a local letting agent that I noticed a gap in the market
Many people struggle to get housed in single dwellings and I saw a huge demand for tenants in need of affordable accommodation
So off I went with a bang and went all out in building up a large portfolio with a huge majority being houses of multi - occupancy I have a huge heart and love seeing people do well, we have hard days but rewarding ones!
I work with a lot of organisations and we are more then just a letting agency We have great relationships with our tenants and help where we can
We work alongside local organisations to make sure people are housed and looked after
When I opened this business it was to help people and see them through their journey
I am proud to say my staff have followed suit and nothing is to much at Nickolds !!

Being the founder of Nickolds property keely prides her self in making sure the overall running of the business is running smoothly and takes care of all new business generation and maintaining relationships with both tenants & landlords

Kirsty Peacock
RENT ACCOUNTS MANAGER
With Kirsty's rocket approach, she is the one who manages all rent accounts.
With her bubbly personality and knowledge of the lettings market, you can be sure Kirsty will go above and beyond to help! Kirsty prides herself on building relationships with both tenants & landlords. In her spare time, she loves spending quality time with her three children, as well as socialising with friends and family.

LETTINGS ASSISTANT
Kelly started working for Nickolds in 2023.
Her can-do attitude and kind nature makes a smoother move-in process for all new tenants.
Kelly prides herself on making sure our tenants are happy and placed correctly and follows this process from start to finish.

Helen joined Nickolds in 2020 and has never looked back!
Helen's larger than life approach makes her a huge asset to the Nickolds team and she has worked her way up to managing the Nickolds Hub!
Her passion and enthusiasm has made us grow from strength to strength.
Helen prides herself with making sure the office is running smoothly, whilst overseeing compliance.

With Jodie's no nonsense approach she deals with all Maintanace issues swiftly and day to day running of our Nickolds Hub! Jodie's work ethnic and can do attitude doesn't go unnoticed In jodies spare time she loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys adventures !
